DOUBLE CHARGEDt

I was charged on 11/17 twice for my order of the Saldo Chenin Blanc. I spent over an hour tonight trying to resolve this. I was first charged 5.00 then 39.99 to text with stupid robots. If i dont hear from you in the next five (5) days and get credited to my AX ending in 2015 I will start a dispute with AX Platinum. This is unacceptable. Furthermore. Cancel my Vivino membership that i pay 4.99 a month immediatedly.

No one will call to get this problem solved. I will not order anything from you until it is resolved.

It should be a piece of cake but it has to be resolved by phone. My # is 941-504-****.

Be prepared to receive the wrong and cheaper vintage. Was using Vivino for years without issues but totally disappointed lately. Joined Vivino Plus since I used to order on a regular basis. Received 2 orders in a row with a cheaper and unwanted replacement. Kept them after complaining and canceled my membership. I gave it another try this month and exactly the same issue. The newer vintage was really bad so I decided to return the case. Besides the hassle I have not received my refund even though the return shipment arrived a week ago. When ordering there is no option to indicate no vintage replacement . Guess the reason is obvious. Canceled my membership again and will not order again from Vivino.

Still have not received wine 2 months no response

still not resolved the wine has not been received, I have contacted Vivino and seller multiple times, I am a very loyal consumer, this should have been resolved much sooner I would expe a full credit and compensation for waiting so long, follow up to coustom service has not been timely, can do much better

I placed an order of 12 bottle case Singrid in black. I received a cancellation notice. I did have a 25% discount. You canceled my order a day ago. But today you have it with summerfun dioof 15% off. After struggling to place an order on Vivino, then getting ahold of support waiting for computer expert and being disconnected. Finally got connected and found out after a long period of time of searching on an old computer that there is no Chanticleer Cabarnet Sauvignon of any year available in Napa Valley, San Diego, New Jersey or Florida. Employee has offered to communicate with the manufacturer Nicholson to see if there is a season for this wine or has it been discontinued, if which the offer should be removed from the Vivino app. 2 hours of frustration from Vivino
